Membership Conditions
Iron Peak Club memberships are designed to maintain vehicles that are already in reasonably clean condition through consistent monthly professional detailing.
One Vehicle Per Membership: Each membership applies to one registered vehicle and cannot be transferred between vehicles.
One Service Per Billing Cycle: Your membership includes one maintenance service per monthly billing cycle. Unused services do not roll over to future months.
Initial Vehicle Condition: Membership pricing assumes the vehicle is in maintainable condition. If the vehicle requires extensive cleaning at the first appointment, an Initial Reset, upgraded detail, or additional condition charge may be required before maintenance service begins. Any additional charge will be discussed with the customer before work is performed.
Maintenance vs. Deep Cleaning: Membership services are intended for routine dirt, dust, spills, road grime, and normal vehicle use. Excessive pet hair, severe staining, heavy mud, excessive sand, bodily fluids, smoke contamination, excessive trash, mold, or other unusually heavy conditions are not included and may require an additional charge or upgraded service.
Stains & Scratches: Light stain and spot treatment is included where specified by the membership level. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed. Scratch removal, paint correction, deep extraction, odor remediation, and other restorative services are not included unless specifically stated.
Appointment Frequency: Members are encouraged to schedule approximately every 30 days to keep the vehicle within maintenance condition.
Scheduling: Membership does not guarantee a specific appointment date or time. Appointments are subject to Iron Peak Mobile Detailing’s availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or inability to access the vehicle may be subject to a $50 fee. There is no penalty when Iron Peak reschedules due to weather, staffing, safety concerns, or other operational conditions.
Missed Monthly Services: Membership charges continue according to the selected billing schedule whether or not the customer schedules their monthly service. Unused monthly services expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle, except when Iron Peak is unable to provide the service.
Vehicle Access: The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled appointment time and located in a safe and legal area where mobile detailing can reasonably be performed.
Personal Belongings: Customers should remove valuables and excessive personal belongings before the appointment. Iron Peak is not responsible for cleaning underneath areas that cannot reasonably be accessed because of personal items.
Car Seats: Child safety seats will not be removed or reinstalled unless specifically agreed upon. Customers are responsible for the proper installation of child safety seats.
Service Results: Some permanent stains, scratches, oxidation, damage, odors, or wear may not be fully correctable through maintenance detailing.
Automatic Renewal: Iron Peak Club memberships automatically renew at the applicable monthly membership rate until canceled.
Cancellation: Memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future membership renewals but does not retroactively refund services or membership periods already provided, except where otherwise required by law.
Pricing Changes: Iron Peak Mobile Detailing may adjust membership pricing or included services with advance notice to active members.
Service Refusal: Iron Peak reserves the right to decline or discontinue work when vehicle conditions present a safety concern, biohazard, unreasonable service condition, or condition outside the scope of the selected membership.Iron Peak Club Membership Guidelines
